BAKING POWDER (Double Action)
Baking powder is an ideal raising agent which is perfect for all sorts of cooking. The raising action has two properties it gets activated as soon as the batter is sifted and mixed then gets another boost once heat is applied. Thereby giving the cake, biscuits, pastry or whatever it is being made, the lightest, fluffiest most delectable texture. This double acting property has made our Baking powder the preferred choice.



CORN FLOUR
Corn Flour is also known as corn starch. It is the starch of the corn (maize) grain obtained from the endosperm of the corn kernel.It is a gluten-free thickening agent. Fine and pure, Corn Flour dissolves easily to make a smooth, lump-free paste, ideal for soups, sauces, puddings, gravies and all sorts of chinese dishes.



COCOA POWDER
Cocoa powder is a dark brown colour and rich in flavor whcih can be used as an ingredient in almost any foodstuff. For example, it is used in chocolate flavored drinks, chocolate flavored desserts such as ice cream and mousse, chocolate spreads and sauces, and cakes and biscuits. It is also used in industrial applications like confectionaries, protein powder, etc.



COCONUT POWDER
Coconut Powder or coconut milk powder can be used to enhance the flavour of soups, sauces, curries, seafood and vegetable dishes, cakes, biscuits, desserts and cocktails.It is made from the best quality coconuts which are dried to a fine powder and retain all the fresh flavour, aroma, smooth texture and pure white colour of fresh coconuts.



VANILLA POWDER
Vanilla powder is nothing but a blend of pure vanilla, crushed into fine aromatic powder. Vanilla powder blends into batters smoothly and unlike the liquid essence undergoes no breakdown in flavour at high temperatures. ICING SUGAR
A Powdered sugar, which is also known as confectioners sugar or icing sugar,which  is very fine sugar. When intended for home use, it typically contains a small amount of anti-caking agent. It is often lightly dusted on baked goods to add a light sweetness and subtle decoration.



TOMATO PASTE/PUREE
Tomato Paste is a thick paste that is made by cooking tomatoes for several hours to reduce moisture, straining them to remove the seeds, skin and cooking them again to reduce them to a thick, rich concentrate. In contrast, tomato purée which consists of tomatoes that have been boiled briefly and strained is a liquid with a consistency between crushed tomatoes and tomato paste.



MONO SODIUM GLUTAMATE
Monosodium glutamate, also known as Chinese salt or MSG. It is a sodium salt of glutamic acid, a naturally occurring non-essential amino acid. It is used as a food additive and is commonly marketed as a flavour enhancer.



CITRIC ACID
Citric acid exists in greater than trace amounts in a variety of fruits and vegetables, most notably citrus fruits. Lemons and limes have particularly high concentrations of the acid. It is a natural preservative/conservative also added as  anph regulator or sour taste to foods and soft drinks.



SODIUM BICARBONATE
Sodium bicarbonate, referred to as "baking soda" is primarily used in cooking (baking), as a leavening agent. It reacts with acidic components in batters, releasing carbon dioxide, which causes expansion of the batter and forms the characteristic texture and grain in pancakes, cakes, quick breads, and other baked and fried foods.
